Strasbourg’s Christmas Markets are among the oldest and most celebrated in Europe, transforming the Alsatian capital into a festive destination each winter. Dating back to 1570, the markets spread across the city’s historic centre, with traditional wooden chalets filling squares around the cathedral and Place Broglie.
