I am having trouble viewing the members-only section / the website
This is most likely a problem with your cache or cookies, here are some instructions to resolve this issue:
- Clear your cache and browser cookies (steps on how-to for Safari or Chrome)
- Disable any ad blockers that you may have
- Attempt accessing the log-in page
- Finally, if the above steps do not work then please try filling in the sign-in form on a different web browser (eg. Google or Safari). If you are using an Apple device such as iPhone or iPad then please see here: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT201265
I want to reset my password / my password isn’t working
If you have forgotten your sign in details please CLICK HERE and click the Forgot Password tab to reset your password. Alternatively you can email us at [email protected] to reset your password manually.
I want to purchase a gift membership
If you wish to purchase a gift membership, please simply sign up but put the recipients email address in the contact details, that way all instructions will be registered to the recipient. You will need to let us know you have purchased a membership as a gift so we can stop any auto renewal.
I want to cancel my membership
Memberships can be cancelled for up to 48 hours after purchase or renewal by emailing us at [email protected] . We would really appreciate your feedback on why you wish to cancel so we can continue to improve on our Membership benefits and service.

How do I pay for a membership? Which payment methods are accepted?
Click here to access our payment page. We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express. We accept most currencies even if the price shown isn’t in our local currency.
How do I access member-only content once I have subscribed?
You can access members-only content like France Today Live and France Today Digital Edition using the email and password you created when you became a member.
When will my membership renew?
Your membership will automatically renew based on the selected term: one month, six months, or one year. At the end of each term, your membership will be automatically renewed for the same term using the payment method provided unless you choose to cancel. To cancel your auto-renew please send an email to [email protected].
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel a membership up to 48 hours after signing up to membership or after automatic renewal of membership. You can contact us ahead of your renewal to cancel your upcoming membership. To cancel, please email [email protected]. Refunds will be actioned within 5 working days of cancellation using the original payment method and will show back in your bank 5-10 days later.
Is all content only available to paying members?
We keep some articles available to everyone (so they can see what they are missing out on!) but only paying members have full, unlimited access to all of our amazing content.
