Foie gras and mushroom toast
1 1/2 cup of mushrooms
4 slices of bread
4 thin slices of foie gras
Heavy cream
Salt and pepper
With a little butter, grill the mushrooms in pan. Add salt and pepper. Add the heavy cream. Toast the bread and top them with slices of foie gras. Place them on a nice plate and pour a little bit of the mushroom and heavy cream sauce.
Serves 4.
