Hotel Le Marius

Hotel Le Marius is located next to the Renaissance-era Église Saint-Pierre-ès-Liens in the village of Les Riceys surrounded by vineyards in the heart of the champagne region.

Le Marius has a restaurant which serves traditional and regional cuisine made with local products. Its 2 large dining rooms are housed in a vaulted cellar. Meals can be accompanied by some of the region’s finest wines. Breakfast is served in the rooms, or you can eat in the breakfast room with the stunning view of the church.

The Hotel opened the Restaurant Le Marius eleven years ago to continue the family heritage having been winemakers for 14 generations. The restaurant is located a mere twenty metres from the cottage and has a variety of the “Joffrey” brand of champagne for you to sample.

BEDROOMS

Hotel Le Marius boasts 11 en suite rooms, equipped with beautiful views and large indulgent beds. Each room has a unique design combining traditional period French architecture and modern furnishings. The hotel is located in the centre of Les Ricey with views of the Castle, the Hotel courtyard, dovecote and beyond to the rolling hills and forest. Nine of the eleven rooms have the capacity to sleep more that two people, including the Ratafia room which has a twin bed room on a mezzanine above the main room. Each room has a TV provided and Free WIFI for you comfort as well as Breakfast in bed or you can have a cold buffet in a very cordial breakfast room . The whole Hotel is covered in exposed beams and has a traditional French farmhouse feel with all the comforts of a small homely hotel located right next to the Renaissance-era Église Saint-Pierre-ès-Liens, surrounded by vineyards.
