Moulin d’Eguebaude
In the green and floral setting of the Aube, close to Paris, near Troyes, the Domaine du Moulin Eguebaude welcomes you for a stay full of charm.
Six guest rooms nestled in the beautiful park, magnificent in all seasons: three renovated rooms on the second floor of this former champagne windmill complete with wooden slats (two doubles and a twin with private bathroom with bath) and three bedrooms on the ground floor in the barn (one double and one family with private bathroom and jacuzzi tub and one accessible to disabled people and families with Italian shower). You can also share the conviviality of the table d’hôtes a menu served complete with local accents.
It’s in the green surrounding, with the sound of a running water of the river “la Vanne”, and the sweet bird song that welcomes you. You have the choice between 3 rooms in the barn ( ground floor ) and 3 rooms on the 2nd floor of the old wooden pan mill.
If you wish to enjoy an evening meal with the other guests and sit around a table with the local produce ( trout and salmon ), it will be an evening to remember, before you retire to your comfortable room and have a peaceful night.
Close to Troyes, you can have a break in the nature and discover the trout farm.
If you like fishing, the Domaine du Moulin d’Eguebaude offers you the possibility to catch trout in a pond especially for new fisherman. The children can join you too although more to appreciate when eating your fish back home or your holiday destination.
The Domaine du Moulin Eguebaude is located in the heart of the country amidst all the nature it boasts an incredible trout and salmon farm alongside a fishing pond.
