Eligibility and Entry Requirements

You must be 21 years of age or older at the time of entry, hold a current digital membership to FRANCE TODAY and reside in the United States of America to be eligible for this Prize draw. Digital Membership must continue to be active throughout 2024. If an entry is submitted and Digital Membership is subsequently cancelled prior to the close date, that entry will be disqualified.

This contest is void where prohibited by law.

Submission Guidelines

One valid entry per contestant. Entries for this Prize Draw are to be submitted ONLINE only. No postal, email or telephone entries will be valid or accepted.

Deadline

Entries for the Prize Draw will be accepted from Thursday 16^th May 2024 and will close at 11:59pm (EST) on Monday 30^th September 2024.

Judging Criteria

One winner will be randomly selected and notified by Wednesday 2^nd October 2024.

The winner will be notified by phone and/or email. If a winner is unreachable after five (5) days, or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfilment, an alternate winner will be randomly selected.

Prizes

1. Tickets must be used for a roundtrip transportation between any Air France US gateway and Paris Charles de Gaulle International Airport before June 1st, 2025 and must be issued by/before December 1st, 2024. Tickets have no cash value, are non-transferable, non-changeable and no extension shall be granted if not issued / used by said dates.

2. Tickets must be issued no later than December 1st, 2024. Flight availability on www.airfrance.us does not guarantee availability for promotional tickets for the same flights and dates. Upgrades are not permitted and tickets cannot be applied as a mileage credit against any frequent flyer account, including but not limited to Flying Blue or Delta Sky Miles.

3. Tickets are intended for personal use only and must be used simultaneously by two persons, one of them being the Winner and the other for their travel companion. Resale of tickets is strictly forbidden. The benefits linked to Flying Blue Elite accounts are not permitted on these tickets, such as lounge access, SkyPriority boarding, extra baggage allowance, and seat selections.

4. These tickets apply solely to the scheduled itinerary on flights operated by Air France. They cannot be used on codeshare flights. They can neither be modified nor exchanged for tickets for a different itinerary. No stopover in Paris is allowed, unless Paris is the destination.

5. To make the necessary arrangements for your travel, please send the attached form* and the present conditions to [email protected], stating choice of three (3) departure and return dates, names of passengers as it appears on their passports, and the following information for each passenger: email address, phone number, date of birth, passport number, country of issuance, and passport expiration date. A minimum of fifteen (15) business days is needed to process any request.

6. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Air France reserves the right to change the travel dates and will provide appropriate notice of same.

7. Seat selection can be done at any time via the “Manage my booking” section on www.airfrance.com for a fee, or for free (30) hours or less before the flight when checking-in online on www.airfrance.com.

8. In the event of a cancellation by the Winner after ticket issuance, the tickets will no longer be valid and there will be no entitlement to a refund.

9. Passengers are responsible for obtaining and presenting all the mandatory travel documents, including but not limited to passport, visa, and Covid-19 vaccination status where applicable. Air France has no obligation to provide such advice to passengers and assumes no liability for denied boarding related to formalities of any country visited.

10. Air France will not be responsible for any failure to board due to circumstances beyond its control. Winner and travel companion are responsible for all other formalities and additional costs included but not limited to connecting flights, ground transportation, lodging, meals, and passport/Visa issuance.
