Evenings Out in Paris: Les Ballets de Tahiti Ora

The award-winning dance company returns to the Paris stage after a two-year absence, with a new show entitled Marama, Island of Light, which invites audiences to discover French Polynesia. A talented troupe of around 35 artists brings Tahiti’s unique culture to the stage, retelling the stories and legends of their ancestors with the help of traditional music, captivating choreography, simple but stunning sets and majestic costumes.

The 18th-century venue is one of the city’s most iconic music halls – the likes of Josephine Baker and Serge Gainsbourg have appeared there – and seated in one of its luxurious velvet armchairs, this show will effortlessly transport you to the dreamy tropics.

Les Ballets de Tahiti Ora, Casino de Paris, February 7, 8:30pm & February 8, 4:30pm. Tickets €41.50-€65.70, Tel: +33 8 92 69 89 26
