Welcome to episode 11 of Sophie's Coup de Coeur! Despite the gloomy weather in France, I've enjoyed some great outings including a wonderful press trip following the Vallée de la Gastronomie from Dijon to Lyon. I headed up to Berck-sur-Mer and the pretty countryside of the Opal Coast for a cycling trip which my non-profit, Les Increvables en Selle, organised for women who've survived domestic violence. France has also been busy this last month - the Olympic flame started its French tour with a spectacular arrival in Marseille, the world commemorated the 80th anniversary of D-Day in Normandy and some dedicated bakers broke a world record...can you guess what they baked?
