Naturoscopie Collection by Noé Duchaufour-Lawrance

Naturoscopie, at Galerie BSL, showcases hot young Paris designer Noé Duchaufour-Lawrance, who’s recently been in the news for his redesign of the Ciel de Paris panoramic restaurant at the top of the Tour Montparnasse and other projects.

His new collection features sconces whose complex ingredients include stainless steel, fiberglass, mirrors, light diffusing Plexiglas and LEDs (inspired by sunlight filtering through foliage). A graceful metal-and-wood bookcase (pictured), he says, is based on the network principle of cells or stars and the planetary system.
