Ladurée Boutique

Ladurée Boutique

When the venerable pâtissier and tea salon Ladurée started branching out from macarons and other edible delights, the first offering was a range of scented candles with pastry-inspired fragrances, from brioche and café to caramel and marron glacé. Now Ladurée offers its famous macarons, as well as more substantial fare, at branches on the Left Bank, the Champs-Elysées, and in the Printemps department store. But only at the Left Bank location is Ladurée’s delightful gift shop, with not only candles but a beautifully designed selection of accessories and home decor items, including home fragrances, old-fashioned recipe notebooks, tea and egg cozies embroidered with macarons or the Ladurée cherub, and a line of sweet-almond-scented soaps and creams. Most original of all: a delicate, violet-scented fan.
