Paris: Karen Knorr, Fables

A new exhibit at the Musée Carnavalet brings bucolic animal life to 18th-century period rooms in a tribute to Karen Knorr, who photographed foxes, rodents and birds in the rooms in 2003. Some of the settings of her photos will be recreated in the rooms themselves, and many of the photos will appear on the walls of the rooms in this delightful Aesop- and La Fontaine-inspired exhibit.
