Au Passage in London: The Popular Paris Restaurant Crosses the Channel

Calling all foodies in London. Au Passage, one of the most popular bistros in Paris, has popped up in the British capital. For a limited time, the trendy eatery has crossed the channel for a pop-up at Carousel in Marylebone.

Situated in the Passage Saint-Sébastien in the happening 11th arrondissement, Au Passage is known for its market-driven cuisine highlighting France’s best ingredients, served as sharing plates. The wine list, with a high concentration of organic bottles, also gets rave reviews.

Au Passage Chef Dave Harrison will be joining the Carousel team until Saturday 18th November. To quote the official press release, he’ll be “showcasing his fondness for raw fish, biodynamic vegetables and nose-to-tail meat with a daily-changing seasonal tasting menu. The five-course menu will feature classic yet creative dishes such as ‘Turbot, leeks, lardo, fermented spelt’ and ‘Venison, radicchio, celeriac, quince’.”
