Another great place to stay is at the Auberge des Templiers, https://www.lestempliers.com/fr/ You will find luxury accomodations, a Michelin starred restaurant, gorgeous grounds and swimming pool, and incredible service. I had the joy of staying there two summers ago, was wonderful.
